heilsberg lysis GmbH was founded on a simple yet decisive thought: "Digitalisation must be tangible and achievable - especially for SMEs." The company was launched by Heilsberg GmbH, the firm led by Enrico Heilsberg and Luk Heilsberg.

Ralf Jahnke - Managing Director for Service, Finance, HR, Sales, Legal & Product Management

Ralf stands for operational excellence with strategic foresight. With more than 30 years of experience in IT operations, project management, and digital transformation - most recently as Director Operations at Kantar Media Germany - he combines technical expertise with leadership strength. He builds structures that work: automated, agile, and human-led. His approach is defined by technical depth, clear communication, and a strong focus on outcomes.

Enrico Heilsberg - Managing Director for Development, Research & Quality

Enrico is a visionary with hands-on roots. From craftsmanship and the food industry to SAP and digital projects - his path shows that efficient processes are the key to sustainable success. With over 20 years of leadership experience he combines deep process knowledge with cutting-edge AI technology to deliver real efficiency gains for SMEs. His work creates space for innovation instead of bureaucracy.
